I am a very respectful, clean and friendly roommate who lives with my 10 year old rescue cat who is incredibly gentle and cuddly. I am a young professional hoping for either another young professional or mature student.
I enjoy cosy evenings at the pub, documentaries, movie nights, cooking and drinking wine. I love playing video games and board games.
The bills which are not included in the rent include council tax band B, gas, electric and water. Approximate £150 for bills.
Deposit: £600 and minimum 6 month lease.
