The spacious, bright room is downstairs and private from the rest of the flat and suits a fairly quiet living student with a preference for clean, clutter free, tidy environment. Smoking e-cigarette only. I can provide bedding and spare towels if needed. .

In the room are 2 wardrobes, one hanging, a 4 drawer storage box, table with 2 chairs, a relax chair, shelving, bedside table, lamp, floor standing mirror, bin, coat hooks. New mattress on the bed.

I retired last year and live alone, spending more time at home now so I am flexible with sharing arrangements. Kitchen, bathroom and lounge/dining rooms are shared. There is no dishwasher.

The property is a few minutes away from London Road train station serving Moulsecoomb and Falmer. Preston Circus, is a short walk away with frequent buses to city centre.
You will find plenty of shops on the London Road a short walking distance from the property.
