Description
We’re two women looking for a professional couple housemates to join our lovely central Brighton flat. Ideally, you’re between 25 and 45, a professional, and planning to stay long term. We’re a clean, organised household that shares chores equally, so we’re looking for someone similar, friendly and tidy.
The available room is a en suite. It includes 2 built-in wardrobes and a Juliette balcony that brings in plenty of natural light. There may be an option for it to be semi-furnished, and we can provide details if needed.
The flat is in a fantastic location near St Peter’s Church, on a quiet, safe street that’s still very central. Brighton Station is less than a ten-minute walk away, Aldi on London Road is five minutes away, and the pier is about twelve minutes away. North Laine is also nearby, and there’s a 24-hour Budgens just around the corner. Most major buses (including National Express) are nearby, stopping at Old Steine or St Peter’s Church. The building is secure, with code access to the lobby, a key for the apartment, bike storage, and a lift.
You’ll be sharing the flat with Erika and Alessandra both from Italy, who share a bathroom.
The apartment has an open-plan kitchen and lounge that opens onto a balcony. It has a washing machine (no dryer), double-glazed windows, and stays warm in winter. Bills for electricity, water, internet, and council tax are split evenly each month.
We’re a friendly, easygoing household that enjoys cooking, sharing meals, playing board games, and socialising, while also respecting each other’s space and routines.
Rent is £940 per month, with the tenancy starting soon on the 17th March 2026. No pets or smoking inside, unfortunately. If you’re looking for a welcoming home in the heart of Brighton and think you’d be a good fit, we’d love to hear from you.
Deposit is an additional one month's rent, plus contract amendment fee (£156).
