Lovely wooden room in 4bed Hanover ☀️🌷

Hello! Our housemate is moving out & going travelling from 1st April this year. We’re looking for a replacement tenant until the end of our contract (21st August). If you’re looking for a room in the heart of Hanover, Brighton starting from April, then send me a message!

The room is upstairs and comes with a double-bed, sink, chest of drawers, desk, and a smaller writer’s desk which can be removed if you wanted more space. The property comes furnished and has a lot of storage space for things. There is also an additional chest of drawers on the landing if you need more storage space for clothes.

The kitchen and living room is open and leads to a sweet lil garden that will be getting more use as it warms up!! We are quite a social house and often cook meals together, play board games, watch TV series, or go to the pub together. But we also do enjoy our alone time too. We are happy if you prefer to keep to yourself or if you’d like to join for food or social things - either way we are all quiet, clean and respectful people🌞🫶

We are all 25-26 year old professionals working as a chef & ceramics technician, photographer and university admin. All of us (except me😛) are great vegan cooks and have lots of recipe books to share! We are an LGBTQ+ household and would prefer another person who is or supports this.

The rent is £706.25 a month, and bills work out to roughly £70-80 a month during spring-summer time. It’s council tax band C so that takes up most of the bills - we have a smart meter otherwise! The deposit is £814.50. We communicate with our landlady directly - she is very helpful regarding maintenance and looking after the house so it feels homely here.
