Large double room in peaceful flat - Uni, hospital

We are new to this so potentially quite flexible in terms of what we’re looking for and arrangements!

It’s more about finding the right person. Also open to couples depending on circumstances and the rent to be discussed.

You would be sharing the flat with myself and my daughter. We do however spend a lot of time at my partners so very often you would have the flat to yourself.

Ideally, we would prefer someone who doesn’t work at home because I sometimes need quiet and privacy at home during the day for client calls (I’m a counsellor).

The flat is spacious and furnished - while you would have plenty of space for personal things, it is decorated in a way that might not be everyone’s cup of tea - although hopefully the right person would love it!

The room is a large double. You would then have use of a shared sitting room/dining area, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony. And often you would have the flat to yourself, particularly in the evenings.

The flat is in a complex that is mainly professionals and families so noise and parties, etc are a no!

The flat / complex is wheelchair friendly, great community, the block has a big communal roof terrace and secure bike storage.

The area is residential and between Hanover / Kemptown / the downs. Next to Brighton General Hospital, & a short walk to Royal Sussex so great for hospital workers.

Transport links are great - quick buses into town, walk to London Road, seafront/Kemptown, buses to Falmer / universities / Lewes, so could also be good for a student.
