Lodger Wanted for Spacious, Bright En-Suite Room

A lovely, spacious room on its own private floor within our family home. The room includes built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom, offering plenty of storage and a good level of privacy.

It comes furnished, a single bed in a double bedroom, a fridge, computer desk and chair, a bedside table, rug and curtains. You’ll also have access to the kitchen, along with use of the washing machine and tumble dryer.

We are located in the Fiveways area, a 15-minute walk from the city centre, with regular bus services into town, and only a 5-minute walk from London Road train station.

We’re a friendly household and are looking for a professional or student who would enjoy a calm, respectful and quiet living environment. This would suit someone who values a peaceful home and is happy sharing with a family. Due to children in the house, we’re unable to accommodate guests.
