I have a small double for a lodger. Previous successful lodgers have been international students and researcher from IDS Sussex Uni and European bank nurse in between travel. Open to short stay and week only. Price reflects scaffolding on the building. Working from home might be an issue with workmen on site 8-5pm. One bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. Shared open plan lounge and dining. I’m a part time teacher and artists. Im fairly quiet and tidy. London Road station 5 mins, Brighton station 15 mins, laines, town and seafront in walking distance. on the no 5 bus route. Bedding, linen and towels can be provided. Feel free to ask any questions.
