Cosy maisonette near Preston Park

Hello! Myself and my housemates Niza and Sophia are looking for another person to join us in our lovely flat! We have lived here for few years now and are looking to stay for another.

The location of the flat is ideal, located a 30 second walk from Preston Park station and close to Preston Park and a Sainsbury’s local.

There is driveway and on-street permitted parking available.

The flat has a large living room and spacious kitchen, including all of the necessary amenities (fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster etc).

The room available is a double-bedroom and is unfurnished. The space is a great size, with big windows and a lot of natural light! The room also comes with some wardrobe space outside of the bedroom too.

The rent is £525 per month and bills are not included. Additional costs include council tax, water, gas/electricity and Wifi, which totals approx £150 per month, so £675 total.

The deposit required will be £575.75.

Existing flatmates are aged 25-28, and enjoy spending time together but also respectful of space and happy to hang out separately.

Our interests in the flat include fitness, running, baking, reading and travelling.

Move in date is the 28th February 😊
