Weekday let or other flexible arrangements

I am looking for a lodger to share my cute Victorian terrace house with a garden near Preston Park station. The room is available Mon-Fri but I can consider other arrangements such as short term or other days of the week.

The house is in a quiet, friendly road near Preston Park, 20 mins walk to 7 dials or 5 ways and close to many transport links (5 mins walk to the station and bus stops).

I am the only one living here permanently apart from my friendly black and white cat Nala but I often have family and friends staying at the weekend. I work part time at a university in London (but often work from home) and otherwise I am out hiking across the Downs, swimming, writing with my poetry group or meeting friends.
