Looking for 1 housemate for 2026/2027

Hi! My housemate and I are looking for 2 new housemates for August 6th 2026- August 5th 2027. We are mature students(24 and 25). Preferably looking for people our age but as long as you are respectful and clean up after yourself, age shouldn’t matter! House is close to Elm Grove, 15 minute walk to train station, 20 minute walk to the beach and Brighton centre. Rent is £520 per month per person, bills are an extra £100 per month per person. We are fairly quiet but social with each other with movie nights etc. if you think you’ll be a good fit, please contact me!:) * unfortunately as a student I don’t pay council tax so I’m not sure how much it would be, I will edit the ad if I manage to find out!
Edit: room 1 has been taken, currently looking for 1 more housemate for room 2! Room 2 is slightly smaller with a small double, shown in photos! FYI photos of room 2 were taken a couple years ago from a previous housemate, it’s the same furniture and same layout!!
