The property is in a quiet road, and a short walk from Sainsbury's local and Preston Park. Other facilities in the area include a selection of good pubs and well served bus routes from the main road. Most places are accessible on foot - the seafront is 30 minutes' walk. There is free street parking 10 minutes' walk away, and free weekend parking on the street.

The bedroom has a small wardrobe, additional hooks behind the door, a floor to ceiling cupboard, two bedside tables, a table and chair. I am flexible on furniture and you may prefer to have your own bedding. There's a view from the window and afternoon/evening sun.

The bathroom has a large bath and shower and a shelf for your things.

The kitchen dining room makes for a comfortable working space and is well appointed with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, external extractor, toaster, kettle, washing machine etc. and there is a rotary washing line/whirlygig on the patio.
