Clean home, near the station - great for commuting

About the room -

It's a lovely bright attick room that comes furnished. It's has two skylight windows with blackout blinds and has great views of the downs.

Because it's an attick room it definitely suits a smaller person - I am 5"4 and happily had it as my bedroom for a couple of years.

It can also get quite warm in the daytime in the summer (like all attick rooms) because of this it's not really ideal for full time work from homers.

About the house -

A 10 minute walk to Preston park station, close to two Tesco's, a Sainsburys and a petrol station. There is also a great chippy at the end of the road. For town and the beach it's a 30 minute walk. 🌞

The bathroom is shared but we have a downstairs toilet as well so there is never a wait...

I am really proud of my home and have worked hard to make it cosy and lovely. This really isn't a party house, I'll have friends over for coffee, dinner parties or bbq's but I never bring the party back here. I am looking to share the space with someone who is respectful of that and likes to keep things clean!

The rent includes all bills and cleaning products. It's worked well before to take it in turns weekly to deep clean communual areas, but then just keep it tidy in-between big cleans. A previous lodger preferred to hire a cleaner for there turn but that's up to you!

About me -

32, I love living in Brighton and enjoying everything it has to offer. I am out a fair bit but when I'm home I'll be cooking, relaxing or pottering about, always up for a chat over a cuppa!
