About the house -
A 10 minute walk to Preston Park station, close to two Tesco's, a Sainsburys and lovely parks within a 10 minute walk. Seven Dials is a 15 minute walk which has loads of great coffee shops. 🌞
There is all the normal kitchen things, a washing machine and a spin bike in the garden shed!
I like to keep the place clean and tidy and am looking to share the space with someone similar.
Bills come to around £160 a month with reasonable use and includes cleaning products.

32, I love living in Brighton and enjoying everything it has to offer. I am out a fair bit but when I'm home I'll be cooking, relaxing or pottering about, always up for a chat over a cuppa!
