Hello there 🌞 We are, Nim, Olivia, Sebastian and Tricksy - offering the house/tea party of a lifetime for one lucky renter starting from the 15th March 2026.
The room is a massive upstairs loft space with its own staircase!
Our rent is split £3000 between five people and each room is priced according to its size, character, and amenities. The current room available is priced £625 per month. We would like to open these prices up for discussion and reevaluation to whomever fits our house bill. Speaking of: Our council tax is band C and comes to £55 pppm. Our electricity and gas are with Octopus and vary between £35-£45 pppm. Our broadband is with Fibrely and costs roughly £6 pppm although we are looking to potentially increase this to £9 for better connection. Although, each tenant is looking at just over £100 on top of rent.
Each day looks and sounds quite different in our household. We enjoy a variety of peace and occasional party 🪩. We enjoy cooking together and for each other, spending time in the outdoors whether it’s to hike up devil’s dyke or sit on a beach for a ponder or dip in the sea 🌊. We attend meditation sessions together and share our poetry, songs and art with one another. We enjoy hosting dinner parties, games nights, and afternoon teas.

Kitchen is the only room on the ground floor - the living room/dining room, communal bathroom, and four bedrooms are on the first floor (approx 12 steps) - there is one additional loft room with another set of stairs (approx 16 steps).
