Double room in cosy Hanover house

We have 1 room available in our Hanover House from 09/03/26. I am moving out to live with my friend and need to find a new tenant!

The housemates who will be staying are looking for housemates that are chilled, clean and friendly. We’re not a huge party house but definitely like to hang out and occasionally have social drinks together. A bit about the people:
Brooke is a 27yo musician who also works in hospitality.
Steph is 29yo artist/ illustrator from Bulgaria.
Emese is an 28yo social worker from Hungary.
Charlotte is a 28yo set designer who also works in retail.
Everyone is super lovely and all round good vibes! 💖

It’s a great location in Hanover- close to the level, the laines, supermarkets, 20 mins walk to the beach. There are a bunch of pubs just around the corner and also corner shops nearby.

There is a small garden which is a lovely sun trap in the afternoon, great for BBQs and chilling in the sunshine! We have a shared living room area, kitchen, two bathrooms with toilets, one with a shower and one with shower/bath.
The room available is a double with high ceilings and a lovely view overlooking the garden.

Rent + Bills (including council tax) is £632.27 per month.
There is permit on street parking available in zone V.
