Im looking for someone to take over the last 5 months of my contract as I’m relocating for my job🌟 It would be May-October ideally but if you’re only looking for a 2-3 month summer sublet I would also consider that:)
The room can come furnished or unfurnished.
You’d be sharing with 2 very chilled guys in their early/mid 20’s, 1 chef who smokes 🥦 and 1 who works in an office, it’d be nice to have someone of a similar age. We all hang out inside every now and then but have different working schedules.
The place is on st James street so very central but sometimes theres a bit of noise at night on the weekend because of the bars and pubs. 🌒
We have a vaccum, a washing machine + dryer in one, loads of pots plates and pans and an iron. I’m happy to leave the place furnished or if you have your own furniture I can remove things.
