Rent £700 a month (including bills so very reasonable for the area). Lovely approachable and relaxed agents so there is flexibility if you want pets/to design the space around you. 3 of us have decided to move out for varying reasons but it's a lovely property and there is a tenant who will be staying:
Owen (he/him, 22), a second-year Product Design student from Oregon, and based on the ground floor next to the living room and garden.
SHORT TERMS until August considered as Owen has a friend with interest in the house from this date.
So if you're interested in the room I'm happy to give a little tour of the house/room and then I'll let you have little chinwag with Owen!
