A lovely room available in the heart of Brighton

Hello!

Unfortunately my time in Brighton has come to an end and I have to move out of my room in our lovely flat.

This is a 2 bedroom maisonette and I have the downstairs room which comes with access to the fire escape which gets brilliant sunlight and offers a great view of Brighton.

The flat is in an amazing location! On the edge of seven dials and just a 2 minute walk to all the shops, cafes and bars on Queens Road and equally a 2 minute walk to the train station or a 30 second run if you’re really fast. You won’t find much better accessibility to the city.

You’ll be moving in with my lovely housemate Zac who works in Geo technology and land science out in Burgess hill. He is super kind and compassionate and just a breeze to live with.

Bills total approximately £150 inclusive of council tax, gas and electric, water and WiFi although this may be variable going into the summer.
