Lovely room available in Hollingbury, Brighton

Hello!
I have a furnished double bedroom available for a short term let between 29 May-29 July 2026. The house is 4 bedrooms, and you would be sharing with 3 other lovely housemates! We are looking for a friendly, clean and respectful housemate ☺️

The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a desk. It also has a cracking view of the South Downs and gets great sunsets, and would be a fantastic base for someone exploring the city for a few months - I am subletting while going to circus school in Spain for 2 months, and the fact that I'm subletting illustrates that this is a lovely place to live!

The house is situated in Hollingbury with easy bus routes into town (5B a short walk away, which runs every 5-15 mins, and the 52 on the end of the road, which is hourly), and a short stroll up the hill to Stanmer woods. The best of both worlds!

The room is on the second floor. The house has 2 bathrooms (including a bath upstairs, for those excited by such things), a utility room with a washing machine, a large shared open-plan kitchen/living room with all conveniences and a garden with a sun deck, which is now becoming relevant as we enter the Spring. It is a lovely sun trap in June and July for the duration of this let!

There is a driveway in front of the house which can be used as well as free parking on the street - a bit of a treat and a rarity in Brighton.

Rent is inclusive of all bills: broadband, gas, electricity, water and council tax.
I'm looking for a temporary housemate who is friendly, respectful and tidy to take the reigns of my room without excessive (and preferably no!) soiling while I'm away!
