2 Rooms Available in New build at West street!

Hi,

We have a modern, spacious 3-bedroom flat in a prime central Brighton location, featuring a balcony with sea views on the upper floors.

I’ll be staying in the ensuite room, so you would only be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

The property is being purchased by my girlfriend, who is based in London and will only visit occasionally.

A bit about me:
I’m a recent Sussex graduate, currently working full-time remotely. I’m easygoing and social, but I also respect personal space. During the week I focus on work, the gym, and sports like volleyball, football, and tennis. Weekends are more social(a lot socials, night outs with friends)

House vibe & expectations:
There aren’t strict rules, just a few basic things to keep the place comfortable for everyone:

No parties or loud gatherings during the week (after 7pm)
Friends are welcome, just keep noise reasonable
Clean up after yourself
Weekend gatherings are fine — just give a heads-up and tidy up afterwards

That’s really it — just common sense for a relaxed and respectful home. And of course, if I ever fall short of that, feel free to call me out as well.

The most important thing is that everyone feels at home while keeping the space clean and comfortable. The rooms come with plenty of built-in storage, and furniture can be adjusted if needed.
