Bedroom + office + bathroom in great location

Hi there!

I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’m moving in with friends elsewhere in Brighton.

The “room” is actually three spaces in one — a bedroom, separate office, and private bathroom. It’s ideal if you like having a bit of separation between work and relaxing. Both rooms have large mirrored wardrobes (loads of storage), and the office comes with a desk, chair, and comfy armchair, while the bedroom includes a bed frame and mattress.

The house has 8 rooms total, all with private bathrooms. There are two shared kitchens, a living room, and a big sunny garden with outdoor seating.

Everyone here is a student (undergrad/Masters/PhD mix), so no council tax. The location is great, just off Lewes Road with easy access to buses, shops, cafes, and more.

I’ve really enjoyed living here, especially the layout — having a separate office has been perfect for studying. Both rooms overlook the garden (and the occasional visiting neighbourhood cats).

Looking for someone to take over ASAP, with the tenancy running until 31st August 2026.
