Beautiful 3 bed flat with a garden. Due to recent life events i’m looking for a clean, tidy house mate. I’m a serving Police officer in Brighton and have been for 7yrs. There is a spare bedroom which is furnished and plenty of space for someone to make themselves at home in. You will have access to the whole house and happy to do whatever as long as keep it clean. I would happily accommodate moving stuff around the 3rd bedroom (currently a gaming room) to allow more space. Loads of storage and very close to Hospital, police station, town and public transport.
