Spacious Large Bedroom by the Sea 🌊

We’re looking for a lovely, like-minded housemate to join our warm and well-maintained home. This is a calm, comfortable space that we take real pride in keeping clean, organised, and welcoming.

The bedroom is very spacious, with direct sea views and a large built-in wardrobe offering plenty of storage. The room is unfurnished, so you’ll need to bring your own bed, desk, and chair. We do prefer someone who travels light, as we like to keep the space feeling open and uncluttered.

The flat itself is well insulated, so everyone can enjoy their own space without much noise carrying between rooms.

About us: we’re friendly, easygoing, and respectful of each other’s space. We both lead busy lives, so the flat tends to be peaceful and not overly busy during the day. We’re ideally looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, independent, active, and who enjoys having a calm home to come back to.

Cleanliness is really important to us, so we’re hoping to find someone who naturally keeps things tidy and takes pride in their living environment. Mutual respect and consideration are key here.

We’re offering a short-term stay of 3 to 6 months, and are looking for someone who can move in as soon as possible. References will be required, along with a copy of ID, to ensure a safe and comfortable household for everyone.
