Spare room in Brighton

Unfortunately my housemate is leaving the property where we have been living together for the last 2 years, which makes me sad as we had a fantastic relationship:(
I’m looking for a new housemate taking over her double room.

It’s a 2 bedrooms house, council tax B, deposit 750 £ each (don’t know why SpareRoom doesn’t let me put it on the ad).

Available earlier than 1st of July, around mid June.
No agency, you will deal directly with the landlord.

A little bit about myself:

Hi my name is Daniele, I'm a Staff Nurse.
I work various shift patterns from days, nights and weekends so I tend to be out of the house/flat for long periods.

I'm a clean, tidy and respectful housemate who likes to be sociable: when I'm off work, I like to do outdoor activities or even just enjoy watching a movie/TV series.

Also I do respect the other people needs/space and privacy.

I'm originally from Italy so i love cooking for myself and for the others, and always happy to try some street food :)

I love travelling, discover new places and speaking with people from different countries.
I have been traveling around the world in the last 10 years and I meet fantastic people from everywhere.

I love any water sports like surfing, paddle board or swimming.
