Hi, I’m Charmaine, a resident doctor working at County Hospital Brighton, and I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over the second room in my 2-bed flat in Brighton Marina from around 20th July.

Wardrobe included (current flatmate is happy to leave it)

I’ve been living here for about 9 months and really enjoy how convenient and comfortable it is. I’m clean, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces. My work schedule can be busy and a bit irregular, so I often keep to myself—but I’m always happy to have a chat or do something low-key like a board game in the evenings.
