Hello! I'm subleasing my room in our lovely Hanover flat ✨

I can be flexible with dates. I work remotely and will be away from May 21–July 10 (though those dates are somewhat flexible). I’ll be back in Brighton for a few days in early July for a work meeting (tentatively scheduled for July 10), but I’m also considering doing more travelling during the second half of the summer.

I’ve recently started housesitting and am hoping to line up a few sits in July and August, so I’d be happy to find either one subletter for the full summer or two separate subletters for different periods. At the moment, I’m hesitant to commit to a full summer lease before my July/August plans are fully confirmed. But I’m certainly open to a full-summer arrangement if you wouldn’t mind me crashing on the couch for a day or two while I’m back for my meeting and possibly re-packing a bit before heading off again. I’d of course offer a discount for any inconvenience.

The rent cycle starts on the 9th of each month, and rent is £650.

It's a really wonderful room. It's on the top floor facing the street and gets great sunlight. I work from home and have always been very happy with the amount of space in both the bedroom and the living room ☀️

You'll be sharing with my two lovely flatmates, who are both very friendly and clean! They are both in their late 20s, one works from home and has a small well-behaved cat and the other works at university of sussex they are both a joy to live with! They'd also be happy to chat with you if you have any questions 💖

I'm planning on leaving my furniture (bed, desk, tv, wardrobe) but I'II of course clear out all my things so you can have full use of the room. Feel free to reach out here or send me a whatapp :)
