We have one large double room available in a 2 story, 3 bedroom house next to Queen’s Park.

The room is on the first floor at the front of the house and includes King-Size bed, two built in wardrobes, large bay windows and fancy curtains.

Large 2 story house with high ceilings, two fireplaces, and nice wooden furniture all over the place. Plenty of room for extra furniture/ storage for your stuff.

We have a long open plan living room/ dining room, a good sized kitchen (with brand new dishwasher and fridge), large bathroom with a bath and a lovely back garden.

The basement is a separate property but there is currently no-one living there. The neighbours on either side are very friendly.

15 min walk to beach or town.

You will be sharing with one other housemate who works freelance in events. Loves music, plays guitar, enjoys a balance of socialising, going out, partying - as well as hiking, exercising and relaxing.

Looking for a housemate of a similar vibe.

Rent is £850PCM with bills an extra £150 approx.

Council Tax is Band B.
