Looking for someone friendly to take over my room in a beautiful, peaceful house in Brighton from the 5th of June!

Honestly, this place has been such a gem to live in. It’s the perfect balance of being close to the city while still feeling calm, quiet, and relaxed. The house sits on top of a hill with a lovely open view stretching towards the beach, and the area feels safe and peaceful . perfect if you want to escape the chaos of central Brighton while still being well connected.

You’d be living with 2 girls and 1 guy, all working professionals. Everyone has their own routine and respects personal space, but we’re also sociable and enjoy the occasional catch-up in the living room or kitchen. We’d love someone friendly and easygoing who’s happy to be part of a warm house environment.

• Bus stop 2 mins away
• Moulsecoomb station around 11 mins walk
• Corner shop 5 mins away
• Sainsbury’s and Aldi both within walking distance

💰 Rent:
• £510/month including council tax
• Deposit: £510
• Bills usually stay very reasonable depending on the season

The room will be available from 5th June, and we’re ideally looking to find someone within the next couple of weeks.
