Spacious double room available from July.

Our housemate Ollie is moving out of this very spacious double room. The house has 4 bedrooms, with common living room, common garden (perfect for summer BBQs and quite big) and 1 toilet (quite easy to manage as housemates have different hours).

The double room is at the ground floor and has a big window allowing a lot of light to come in. With bills, the full monthly expense comes to about £600, a great price for this size of room in Brighton.

The house is located 15 minutes walking from London road and it's 35 minutes from North street. It is situated in a quiet residential area.
Currently, in the house it's Ollie, Esteban, Joe and Melody.
Generally, it's a house of professionals, very friendly and quiet throughout the week with a few chilled gatherings here and there.

Wifi is very strong, I work from home and I have never had issues with it.

The room is available from 8th July.

Furniture: mostly everything is staying Ollie will let you know what is staying.
