Two Lovely Rooms in a Period House at Fiveways. Rent Includes All Bills & 1 Gb Wireless Broadband. I have one single room at £650 pcm and one double [let as a single room] at £700 pcm. Fiveways is a fantastic residential area with a wide range of local shops, restaurants, cafes, take aways, pubs etc. etc. all within easy reach of the city centre and the university campuses. There are buses every ten minutes to the city centre, London Road train station is ten minutes walkaway. I am a semi retired architect and live and work from home. I have three children in their thirties who live nearby, each with young children of their own and they call in regularly.
The rooms are likely to suit students or post grad students, British or Foreign Nationals welcome. I currently let two rooms to Vietnamese and Taiwanese art students. The rooms are furnished, the house has all the usual mod cons, and the all important, super fast unlimited wireless broadband. The rent includes all bills and the rooms are let on a self catering basis with lodgers sharing the facilities of the house which include a well equipped kitchen and a good size living room. I like to see the usual references, confirmation of identity and status as a student. I ask for one months rent as returnable security deposit and one months rent in advance.
