I’m looking for someone to take over my room, full time professional from 19th June as I’ll be moving out. Rent is £590 per month in a 3 bed flat. However, because you’d be moving in part-way through the rent period, the first payment would be £314.67 for 19th June – 4th July.
It is a furnished room, including wardrobe, draws, bed and lamp. Balcony also included.
One housemate is rarely in the flat so it would mainly be sharing with one person and the bills are managed my one of the tenants and can vary by month.
The room is in a shared house/flat, so it would suit someone friendly, clean and respectful of shared spaces.
