Room in Seven Dials

We are looking for a new flatmate to rent one of the rooms, ideally aged between mid-20s - late 30s.

You’ll be replacing our current flatmate as a tenant and will be sharing with three other girls me, Ellie, Alex and our house cat, Pingu who is basically the man of the house and the king of the castle.

Our current flatmate is leaving as she’s moving in with her partner but has loved living here! 😊

You’ll have the en suite room in the flat and the rent is £700.00 per month plus bills. Room is unfurnished!

There is a shared kitchen, living room, a lovely balcony, and a bit of additional storage space throughout.

Although everyone is busy with their own lives, it is a social household, which likes to have movie nights, dinner nights and drinks and binge watch series together, so looking for someone who would enjoy joining in and will not remain a stranger living here, and someone who is tidy.

Sorry but no students will be considered.

Move-in date is flexible but before 05th July would be great.
