I have a spare room in a top floor flat by Preston Circus. The flat itself is super spacious, open plan and gets light basically all day. We're 5 min walk from Brighton station, 5 mins from Preston park and about 10 mins into town. The room has its own shower with a shared toilet, plenty of light and space. The only furniture that the room comes with is the bed frame, besides that you can make it your own!
Im looking for a flatmate who will keep the flat clean and tidy, and who would enjoy hanging out and the occasional dinner together. Its a super chill environment, so friends are always welcome round, but its not a party flat. Ideal housemate has to be okay with lots of plants!! (Only around 50)
