We are looking for 2-3 students to takeover our rooms. The property is on Rose Hill Terrace, and comes with pre-furnished bedrooms (desk, wardrobe, bed), living room (sofa, tables) and white goods such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine etc.
There is one large bedroom and 2 medium rooms, and there is a spacious communal area downstairs (living room), also has a garden at the back of the property you can enter from the kitchen.
There is the option to have all bills included (water, wifi, heating etc.), which would be £147 p/m on top of rent (£927 in total.) You can get a permit for parking nearby (down the street or outside the house.) There is also maintenance available 24/7.
It is very close to the shops and bus stops on London road, about a 10-15 min walk to the beach, train station, city centre and city campus for Brighton university. There are bus stops nearby which go up to Falmer/Mouslecoomb and Sussex campus.
If you choose to take over the tenancy (all rooms or just one), you'd need to go through the usual referencing checks, and pay a damage deposit. No need to pay the holding deposit as we've already put it down!
