I’m looking for a clean and friendly flatmate to share this two bed house.
The house is cosy, bright, peaceful, but still in need of some love and finishing touches.

You’d have:
* An unfurnished double bedroom
* A shared large bathroom with both shower and bath
* Access to a fully equipped kitchen
* A sunny courtyard garden with neighbourhood cats who love to visit

The house has a calm, homely feel — ideal for someone who enjoys a relaxed atmosphere, occasional chats over dinner or coffee, but also values their own space and independence.

The room itself is cosy and bright on the ground floor, however is not furnished. We have a second living room in which more storage is available, or open to discussion on which room would be preferable.

I’m looking for someone considerate and clean who’s after a genuine home rather than somewhere just to crash. I mostly work 4-5 days a week as a Dental Hygienist so sleeps very important to me.
