BRIGHTON - Double room in house share

Hello!

We have a double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house share as our current housemate is moving in with her partner. Mary does full-time hybrid work while Sunny works part-time. We’re both introverted people and homebodies, so if you enjoy watching shows or board game nights this may be the house for you! We both enjoy spending time together hanging but also appreciate our alone time. LGBT is preferred as we are both queer and Sunny is nonbinary.

The room comes unfurnished and the house is in a great location, just off London Road

Location:
• 8-minute walk to Brighton Station
• 5-minute walk to Preston Park

The house:
• Shared living room and kitchen
• One and a half bathrooms
• Shared fridge and washing machine

Costs:
• Rent: £584 per month
• Council tax, gas, electricity and WiFi: £146 per month

We are ideally looking for are someone who is planning to stay in Brighton for a while and who can provide income evidence (such as payslips) to take over the tenancy.

Move in date would need to be the 3rd August.

As this is the internet, we would also prefer to meet people in person before making any decisions. It gives everyone a chance to see if we are a good fit, have a chat, and take a look at the room and house. The photos in the ad were taken before we moved in. We are not too keen on posting photos of our furnished rooms publicly, but we are happy to share current pictures after we’ve spoken! :)
