I have lived in this wonderful one bedroom maisonette for 5 years and am leaving it for at least a year.

This top floor flat (meaning it's quiet) is complete with a wet room, renvovated kitchen (with dishwasher), large double bedroom with a skylight, beautiful staircase making things feel more spacious so you're not confined to one level, and living room.

I'm looking for someone who will take care of the space and hopefully find as much of a home in it as I have. It will be partly furnished inc the gorgeous pink sofa, extendable dining table, and bedroom chest of drawers. Suitable for one person or couple.

Situated 15 min walk from Brighton train station, 2 mins from London Road station. A calm residential area between two lovely parks (Blakers and Preston), there's also the hustle and bustle of Preston Circus if you want it, in easy reach of town. The new curio cafe and bar at the bottom of the hill is also perfect for a sweet treat in the morning or spicy marg at night!
