3 bed 1 bath student house needs tenants!

Myself and 2 other students can no longer live in 24 Rosehill Terrace, a 3 bed 1 bath student property located in Brighton and are seeking 3 replacement tenants by the 11th of August.

Bills not included the rent is £540 per person per month; a bills included package is available too. Tenants are also able to arrange a rent-split between themselves if desired.

A damage deposit of £900 is required.

It has 1 large upstairs bedroom, 1 medium upstairs bedroom and 1 medium downstairs bedroom all with double beds, desks and storage space. There is a communal kitchen, a spacious communal living room, 1 communal upstairs bathroom, a large garden and the ability to seek a parking permit nearby.

The house is in a largely student-populated residential area and is tucked behind Alcampo; it's close to London Road which means great accessibility to shops like Aldi and Sainsburys and it's only a 15-20 minute walk from city campus.
