Located on Kings Road opposite the i360 with views of the sea from the living room and close to amenities such as Tesco superstore and Waitrose, and
great transport links with major bus services just a few minutes up the road.
You’ll be living and sharing the apartment with Hayley who is an artist.
This is an LGBTQ+ home but is open to all
Bills and council tax are not included but come to around £150 all together. Council tax is band C but is discounted to band B - £54.50 each.
There is permit parking on the streets but also parking available in the underground car park in the building for an extra fee.
You will need letting references.
