Cosy room in Seven Dials

We have a great room available to rent in Seven Dials, Brighton.

The room is in a first-floor shared flat with three friendly flatmates, located in a quiet neighbourhood just a 10-minute walk from Brighton train station, 15 minutes from Churchill Square, and 10 minutes from the North Laine. There are also great bus connections if that's too far! Seven Dials is the best 👌

The flat has a shared kitchen and living room with a dining table, TV and a nice big sofa. There are two shared bathrooms: one on the main floor with a shower, and another (with a bath) upstairs across from the occupied attic room. Both bathrooms are shared, but naturally each of us tends to use the bathroom closest to our bedroom.

Currently living in the flat are Kate (28), Jake (39) and Rob (29). Kate works in Comms/PR, Jake works in theatre arts, and Rob is a web developer.

We're looking for a female professional (aged 26+) who is relaxed, sociable and tidy to join the household, as our current flatmate is leaving us for her exciting move to London. We'd like someone who works daytime hours too, so we're not passing ships and don't disturb each other.

We enjoy hanging out together in the evenings but also value each other's privacy and individual lives. We aren't a party house, we like a chilled vibe 😀

The room itself is a bright, warm and cosy space. The bed and chest of drawers are included. There isn't space for a desk, and it's important to us that our shared spaces aren't used for things like work calls.

Rent is £446 per month (excluding bills). Bills and council tax (Band A) come to just under £150 per person, per month.

The tenancy starts on 15 July 2026. You don't need to move in on that date, but rent will be payable from then, and we can’t move the tenancy date. Due to recent changes in rental legislation, there isn't a fixed contract period, but we're looking for someone who wants to stay for at least six months. We've all been here for over three years!

The deposit is £500 to join the tenancy agreement. A UK guarantor is required by the landlord and this is non-negotiable.

We deal directly with a private landlord who is pleasant and accommodating (and let's face it, the rent is a steal!).
