The maisonette is located on Upper Hamilton Road in Seven Dials, 8 min walk to the Seven Dials roundabout and a 17 min walk to Brighton train station. Located on a residential, quiet street.

Flat 🏠:
- It is a 3-bed with all the rooms being different sizes, we have lowered this bedroom price significantly.
- Accessibility: It is a first-floor maisonette, so there are a few steps up to the flat itself and a few steps up to your bedroom. (Can show video in private messaging)
- 1 bathroom (separate toilet and shower)
- Your room fits a small double, comes unfurnished.
- Rent: £484
- Bills: We will split the bills so you will be expected to pay your share of energy, water, wi-fi, council tax.
- Council Tax Band: B

Us!
- You’ll be living with 2 cis girls (24-27), working professionals. We want to be friends with our roomie, cook meals, watch films, but also respect each others space and importantly, each other. We value cleanliness in communal spaces.
- Paris is veggie, I am not. We would love to have communal meals occasionally if we’re all home!
- We like to keep the house a calm environment, but we also like to occasionally host people for food+drinks.
- Paris is a biggg plant mum 🪴 so expect lots of monsteras!
- We are a mixed culture house so we respect diversity and different upbringings!
