Large Double Room (Queer, Veggie, Sober Home) ✨

A large double room in a cute two-bed maisonette in Hanover. Upstairs is a living + kitchen space upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs The room comes furnished with a double bed, small built in storage, and there’s space a desk or clothes rail/drawers if needed.

The flat has its own entrance, v. small outdoor space for drying clothing, local shops 1 min away. (Central location: 15min walk from the station, 6min walk from the Level and 8mins from Open Market, 20min walk to the seafront)

Me: I'm a designer and work from home half the week, and teach at a local uni half other half. I've spent the past 6 years living in Brighton, Hanover and love the city! I was in a house share of 5 before this, so expirenced in living with flatmates but am looking forward to downsizing to living with one other person.

I'm looking for someone to share the flat with who values a quiet, clean, settled home to come back to. Not a party flat but tea, occasional crafting, zine making hangouts are ideal!

This is a queer, vegetarian and sober household. Really important that you're on board with all three (not looking to convert anyone, just want us to be genuinely compatible from the start).
