Spacious double room in 2-bed flat short term let

We have a lovely room to rent in our penthouse flat in Seven Dials, with gorgeous views over Brighton to the sea. 15 mins walk from the beach, 10 mins from the station and very close to Seven Dials shops.

The room is available from the 13th July until the end of September. We can be a little flexible on dates but would like a minimum stay of two months. It’s got plenty of storage, with a built-in wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and two bedside tables (plus amazing sea views!)

The flat is a big two bed on the seventh floor with a lift. There's a large, sunny living room with cute balcony, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.

We are a queer couple both in our early thirties. I work for a climate NGO and Jules works as a barista and sauna host, so that could be a nice perk if you ever fancy a caffeine or sauna fix! We like being active and often go on weekend trips and festivals in my camper van.

Our flat is a social space and we like to have friends over and share meals, but also value chill time to recharge. We’d love to hang out over the summer, but also already have a few trips planned in July and August so you’d have the flat to yourself from time to time, which is reflected in the room price - £900 per month, all bills included.
