Room available in Elm Grove area

Me and my flatmate are looking to fill our other flatmate’s room as she’s moving to London 😢
We are both artistic - I’m a tattoo artist and my flatmate does illustration and retail.
We’ve spent the last year furnishing the flat and doing the garden up for summer BBQs so we’d be looking for a sociable person who would be up for joining in.
It’s half way up the hill in elm grove but luckily there’s a bus stop at the end of the road along with a cafe, corner shop and pub 😅
