Friendly, peaceful, clean polite person wanted.

We are 2 friends who have a large room with front facing window available. I am a leading drinks brand ambassador, musician, DJ, music producer, and voice actor, but I do not rehearse at home, so it will be a quiet living space. The other tenant works in retail. There is a friendly fun dog living with us who's very house trained. We are friendly and keep ourselves to ourselves. It is important that we all respect, and keep clean the common spaces (kitchen / bathroom / toilet,). One of us works night shifts so appreciates quiet until midday please. We're not running the Hacienda, so party antics take place outside unless preagreed together. This is only open to single people as its a shared bathroom/ toilet and this has been problematic between 4 people in the past. Apologies.
