Double room for rent near London Road station

Hi,

I’m moving out end of July and leaving my three wonderful housemates. We live on Upper Hollingdean Road, about a 5ish minute walk from London Road station

Rent (including bills) is roughly £598 a month, can go higher or lower depending on utilities usage, but still very reasonable price.

Theres two toilets, one shower, a garden, living room, open kitchen.

Less than a 10 min walk to Sainsbury’s or Aldi on Lewes Road, and there’s a corner shop 30 seconds away

The room comes unfurnished but I’m willing to sell my bed (mattress and frame) and other bits for a reasonable offer.

Move in date would be end of July/first week of August

The house has 3 cats who are all friendly, so you must be willing pet friendly. Occasionally we have dog sat too.
