Sea Lanes, with its heated 50m outdoor pool and gym, is just around the corner, while Brighton Marina is only a five-minute walk away, offering restaurants, a supermarket, cinema and David Lloyd gym. There are excellent bus links to Brighton Station, the city centre and both universities, and residents' parking permits are available through the council.
A little about me: I'm 32 and work in high-end furniture design. Outside work you'll find me running, swimming, hiking in the South Downs, visiting galleries, cooking and working on creative projects. Being of Lebanese heritage, food is a big part of my life, and I love the occasional dinner with friends or a beach BBQ during the summer. I've been sharing the flat with my current flatmate for the past six months, but she's moving away at the end of July.
I'm hoping to find someone who is clean, considerate and respectful, and who is looking for a genuine home rather than simply somewhere to sleep.
Bills average around £90 per month.
