Cute Doble room in 7 Dials 750£ pm bills included

Im June (29 yrs profesional) im from the basque country (North of Spain).

I’m currently in the process of having one of the rooms in my house become available (it’s a double room).

I live in Seven Dials, and it’s super close to the train station — less than a 10-minute walk away, plus many buses stop literally on front of the house and you have everything you need in less than a minute (supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bakeries, coffee shops...). The house has two bedrooms, mine is the single one with access to the patio and I also have a little cat 🥰.

The rent is usually around 750£ with all bills included (water, gas and electricity, council tax & wifi). The house is really lovely.

I’m looking for someone who could move in around mid-August. I’d love to find someone I feel really comfortable sharing the house with — whether that means spending time together sometimes or doing our own thing. I’m looking for a healthy, easy-going living situation where home feels like a safe and comfortable space for both of us. Im vegetarian btw :)
