Bedroom (+mezzanine) in newly refurbished flat

Hi, looking for a flatmate to move in short/long term at my newly refurbished (except for the bathroom) property in central Brighton, 5min walk from the beach and Churchill Sq, located near numerous amenities. Council tax band C, although I will be paying for it on my own and all your bills are included in the monthly rent. The place was done up very recently at high standards and still looking out to but new furnishings, new flatmate input would be welcome, could also bring along some of your existing items if would like to. Have to meet in person a couple of times before accepting you in.
