Bedroom (+mezzanine) in newly refurbished flat

Hi, looking for a flatmate to move in for 3-6 months at my newly renovated property in central Brighton, 5min walk from the beach and Churchill Sq, located near numerous amenities. Council tax (band C) and bills are already included with monthly rent. The place has been renovated very recently to a high standard (except for the bathroom), and still looking to buy some new furnishings so open to new flatmate recommendations, plus you could also bring over some of your existing items if you choose to.
