Hello! Due to moving to London for a job I will regrettably be leaving this beautiful house share 🌿

The house is big and beautiful, with a sunny living room and a nice kitchen, and a gorgeous garden. It has four bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom, one living room, and a big garden. The house is located in the city centre, the Preston Circus area: a 5-minute walking distance from London Road, and a 2-minute walking distance from the London Road railway station.

The house is very chill and homey. We really like having a house with a friendly environment, a safe space to relax and good vibes. You will be living with 3 lovely ladies: two PhD students and one working professional. In the house we are all busy and working a lot, so it is a calm, restful house. However, friends, lovers, and dinners are very welcome, and parties sometimes, but with consideration for other tenants' needs.

We are looking for people who are respectful and responsible: cleaning after themselves, taking care of the common areas or the house responsibilities, etc... We also have cleaning rotas (each person has just one week per month), and we split the different bills' responsibility.

The rent for the room is £750 per month. Deposit: one month's rent. Bills and utilities are not included and, depending on the season, can range between £80 and £100 per month.
IT IS POSSIBLE to move into the house at any moment from the 9th of August until the 9th of September: it means that it will be possible to start your tenancy in September, but also already now! It will depend from person to person.

Ideally, we would be looking for a woman (but not strictly), who is clean and respectful, who can appreciate some socialising, or also not, but being cooperative in the house. ☀️🌞

Honestly I am incredibly sad that I am leaving this room. The room is lovely, full of daylight and spacious. The bed, long coffee table, rug and wardrobe belongs to landlord. The small coffee table, beanbag chest of drawers, desk and chair are mine and will be leaving the room with me. The others (bed -including mattress, wardrobe, bookcase, armchair) is staying.
Everybody has their own lives, busy schedules and respects boundaries, but very friendly at the same time. I will be missing having chit chats with them in the garden about life, the food we cook and everything else while I smoke in the garden or cooking.
