I’m Laurel, 22, female, and a primary school teacher. I’m hoping to find someone friendly and easygoing to share my flat, as my current flatmate has bought her own place.
The double room is unfurnished, so you can make it completely your own and set it up however feels cosy and comfortable for you. (Room pictured with previous furnishings).
The shared spaces are partly furnished, which means there’s plenty of room to add your own furniture or décor and help shape the flat together.
The flat has a courtyard patio with flower beds, a spacious living/dining room, and a washer/dryer. It’s right next to London Road station and close to Preston Park, perfect for walks, picnics, or grabbing a bit of fresh air. There’s also a lovely quiet pub nearby with great food and a really welcoming atmosphere. The flat is in parking zone J and you can usually find a space nearby.
At home I’m pretty relaxed, I enjoy quiet evenings, games nights, and a weekly pub trip with friends. Recently I’ve been exploring the local beaches and getting into sea swimming!
Rent is £750 plus roughly £150 in bills. The landlord is responsive and approachable.
